Job summary

FNZ is seeking a Production Engineer to advance monitoring and observability within its Chiasso-based Managed Services team. The role blends platform modernization with hands-on operations across client environments, including on-call rotations and incident management to ensure service stability and security.

You will drive dashboards, automate workflows, and support CIM-related incidents while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational performance.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of FNZ’s operating model and products.
• Proven involvement in monitoring modernization initiatives.
• Existing expertise in Zabbix, monitoring automation, and incident management processes.
• Knowledge of CIM and its operational support requirements.
• English and French fluent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of monitoring dashboards to leverage Zabbix Agent 2 capabilities.
• Drive migration and decommissioning of legacy monitoring components.
• Integrate additional infrastructure into the Zabbix platform and improve alerting quality.
• Support deployment of production monitoring infrastructure, including Zabbix servers and proxies.
• Provide CIM-related incident support and participate in incident management.
