Job summary

Responsibilities

• Transformation of monitoring and observability.
• Automation and integration of tools.
• Reporting and continuous improvement.
• Operational responsibilities relating to managed services.
• Carrying out daily operational checks and monitoring clients’ environments.
• Participating in incident management and coordinating resolution.
• Shift work and on-call duties outside normal hours.
• Manage operational documentation and knowledge base.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with Technical Services, Product Owners and development teams.
• Coordinate incident resolution and problem management activities.
• Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
