La Casetta in Elsau, part of The Eulachtal Care group, is seeking a Nursing Specialist HF/FH to help lead realignment and deliver person-centred dementia care. You will collaborate with a small, dedicated team in a home-like setting, guiding care planning and ensuring high-quality support for residents and clients.

We value German language fluency and appreciate Italian language skills, with opportunities for professional development and staff events.

Competenze

• Diploma training and experience in long-term care.
• Professional handling of dementia-related illnesses.
• RAI and Care Coach knowledge.
• Very good German language skills, Italian language skills (any additional language is an advantage).

The Eulachtal Care is the competence center for inpatient and outpatient care in the region. At six locations and in three Spitex centers, around 350 employees work daily for the well-being of our residents and clients.
