Foundation Life in Old Age Herisau is seeking a dedicated Diploma Nursing Specialist HF to join our team. You will accompany residents with compassion and expertise in their home, delivering individualized care and supporting daily routines.

You will contribute to professional care processes, employ ePDoc documentation, collaborate across disciplines, and choose shifts including mornings, evenings, or nights. A warm workplace with training and five to six weeks of vacation awaits.

Qualifications

• Completed training as a dipl. nursing specialist HF or an equivalent qualification with a diploma recognized in Switzerland.
• Professional experience in long-term care and enjoyment of accompanying and caring for elderly people.
• Experience with nursing documentation ePDoc and familiarity with RAI LTCF; confident navigation in digital documentation.

The Foundation Life in Old Age Herisau is home to over 250 elderly people. At the three locations Heinrichsbad, Ebnet, and Dreilinden, around 260 employees shape the daily life in our houses. • You have a choice: you work in the morning and evening shifts until 9:15 PM or choose an exclusive night shift.

Our requirements:

• You have completed training as a dipl. nursing specialist HF or an equivalent qualification with a diploma recognized in Switzerland.
• You bring professional experience in long-term care and enjoy accompanying and caring for elderly people.
• You have experience with nursing documentation ePDoc and ideally are familiar with RAI LTCF, and you navigate confidently in digital documentation.
• You have very good oral and written German skills, ideally at level C1.
• You are a team player and contribute to good collaboration with your reliable and appreciative manner.
