Job summary
La Casetta in Elsau, part of the Eulachtal Care group, seeks a Health Specialist EFZ to join our dementia-focused team. The role is 50–80% with a small, family-like environment and opportunities to contribute to realignment and quality of life for residents.
You bring proven experience in long-term care, dementia care skills, strong German language abilities (Italian is a plus), and a collaborative mindset. On-site with free parking, staff outings, and training opportunities are provided.
Qualifications
- EFZ Health Specialist with professional experience in long-term care.
- Competent handling of dementia-related illnesses.
- Care Coach knowledge is advantageous.
- Very good German skills; Italian skills are an advantage.
