Job summary

La Casetta in Elsau, part of the Eulachtal Care group, seeks a Health Specialist EFZ to join our dementia-focused team. The role is 50–80% with a small, family-like environment and opportunities to contribute to realignment and quality of life for residents.

You bring proven experience in long-term care, dementia care skills, strong German language abilities (Italian is a plus), and a collaborative mindset. On-site with free parking, staff outings, and training opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• EFZ Health Specialist with professional experience in long-term care.
• Competent handling of dementia-related illnesses.
• Care Coach knowledge is advantageous.
• Very good German skills; Italian skills are an advantage.

Job description

The Eulachtal Care is the competence centre for inpatient and outpatient care in the region. At six locations and in three Spitex centres, around 350 employees work daily for the well-being of our residents and clients.
