Job summary

Pflege Eulachtal sucht eine engagierte Abteilungsleitung (80–100%) für das Staub Kaiser Haus in Elsau. Sie verantworten den täglichen Betrieb, führen ein ca. 30-köpfiges Team und gestalten Personalplanung sowie Ressourcenmanagement.

Wir bieten eine 40-Stunden-Woche, eine unterstützende Gemeinschaft, Parkplätze direkt am Arbeitsort und regelmäßige Fort- und Weiterbildungen. Bewerbungen willkommen.

Qualifications

• Diplom in HF/FH Pflege, Weiterbildungen in Führung von Vorteil.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege.
• Verantwortung für Personal-Einsatzplanung und Ressourcenmanagement.
• RAI- und Care-Coach Kenntnisse vorteilhaft.

Responsibilities

• Sicherstellung des täglichen Betriebs und der Pflegequalität.
• Mitwirkung bei Projekten und Veränderungsprozessen im Haus Staub Kaiser.
• Führung eines ca. 30 Mitarbeitenden-Teams und Personalplanung.

The Pflege Eulachtal is the competence center for inpatient and outpatient care in the region. At six locations and in three Spitex centers, around 350 employees work daily for the well-being of our residents and clients.
