Job summary

EMEA Recruitment is assisting an international manufacturing organization based in Winterthur, Switzerland, to hire a Supply Chain Manager NPI. You will coordinate the NPI process and act as the key interface between R&D, project management, planning, and operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Supply Chain or PM within international manufacturing
• Experience with New Product Introduction and product launches
• Strong electronics understanding (connectors, resistors)
• Experience in machinery or industrial technology environment
• Proven ability to coordinate global teams
• Fluent English; German is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead Supply Chain activities through the NPI process from development to production
• Interface between R&D, Project Management, Planning, Procurement and Supply Chain
• Coordinate global requirements across international projects
• Identify risks around components, availability, lead times and readiness
• Embed Supply Chain considerations early in development and launch planning
• Drive projects with structured planning and proactive problem solving
