Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in a technical or commercial field is required.
• 7+ years of procurement experience in direct categories, global scope.
• Experience owning procurement activities in a global organization.
• Proven ability to drive procurement policy compliance and target savings.

Aufgaben

• Lead procurement activities for new product introduction (NPI) and R&D projects.
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage key supplier relationships across global projects.
• Ensure compliance with corporate procurement policy and processes (POL-61, SOP-271).
• Drive cost reduction initiatives, value engineering, and time-to-source improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align procurement plans with product design and development.
• Support sustainability and responsible sourcing across categories.
