Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Zuchwil, Switzerland, seeks a Supply Chain Senior Launch Lead to drive end-to-end NPI and lifecycle projects. You will align cross-functional teams across Marketing, R&D, Quality and Supply Chain to develop plans and ensure on-time global launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, or Project Management.
• Experience in NPD/NPI project management and regulated industries is preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End supply chain for NPI and LCM projects with plans and execution.
• Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Quality and Supply Chain to align resources.
• Develop and execute project charters from charter to global launch hand-off.
• Ensure make-versus-buy alignment and support site selection activities.
