Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechatronics, or Software Engineering.
• 3+ years of New Product Introduction, Manufacturing/Process Engineering experience.
• Experience with cross-functional product development teams.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and process validation.
• SAP experience preferred.
• English fluency; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead the transfer of new products from R&D into manufacturing and scale-up.
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes, workflows, and documentation.
• Define manufacturing requirements with DfM, DfA, DfT feedback to R&D.
• Design, qualify, and release production test systems, fixtures, and tools.
• Establish routings, BOMs, production versions, and master data in SAP.
• Coordinate industrialization with R&D, PM, Supply Chain, Quality, and suppliers.
• Define validation and qualification strategies including IQ/OQ/PQ.
• Analyze manufacturing data to assess process capability and yield.
• Identify risks and drive CAPAs for successful launches.
• Support pilot/engineering builds and ramp-up to volume production.
• Ensure documentation packages are complete and released.
• Drive continuous improvement for quality, cost, delivery, and efficiency.
