Zusammenfassung

Clarins Group in Geneva is seeking a Digital Acquisition Manager to lead paid media for the Nordic ecommerce sites (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland). You will own multi-channel acquisition, optimize budgets and drive revenue against KPIs.

You will work closely with the Marketing, Digital & Ecommerce teams and a media agency to implement Paid Search, Shopping/PMax, Paid Social, Affiliates, and Display strategies, while analyzing performance and ensuring brand guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Own and optimize cross-channel paid media budgets to meet targets.
• Lead acquisition strategy across Paid Search, Shopping/PMax, Paid Social, Affiliates, Display, in partnership with the agency.
• Monitor KPIs (traffic, CPA, ROAS) and provide data-driven optimizations.
• Oversee campaign execution from briefing to deployment and reporting.
• Manage and challenge the media agency for ongoing optimization.
