Zusammenfassung

Discover International is seeking an MSAT Manager to lead client-facing technical projects and support new product introductions within a GMP aseptic manufacturing environment. The role requires strong leadership across MSAT, Manufacturing, QC, QA and Analytical teams in Basel, Switzerland.

You will drive tech transfers, process validation, and regulatory CMC documentation, while maintaining robust risk management and continuous improvement practices. Fluent in French and English is required.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s/PhD in a life sciences field.
• 5+ years pharma experience in process development, tech transfer, or project management, including aseptic processing.
• Strong cGMP knowledge and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in French and English.

Aufgaben

• Act as the technical lead and main customer contact for multiple drug product programs.
• Manage tech transfers, including facility fit, quotation support, and timeline coordination.
• Work cross-functionally with MSAT, Manufacturing, QC, QA, and Analytical teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Contribute to process validation, equipment qualification, and regulatory CMC documentation (IND/IMPD/MAA).
• Drive risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.
