Johnson & Johnson in Schaffhausen is seeking an MSAT Site Lead for Synthetics Drug Substance and solid oral Drug Product to deliver technical and people leadership across the portfolio. You will ensure compliant, reliable, and competitive delivery from tech transfer to lifecycle management.

Based in Schaffhausen with up to 10% travel, you will guide cross-functional teams, drive process excellence, and ensure quality systems.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related discipline.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, process development, or MSAT.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical leadership for Schaffhausen's DS/DP portfolio.
• Own tech transfer, lifecycle management, validation, and investigations.
• Partner with Operations and Value Chain to improve process capability and supply resilience.
• Lead or support complex investigations and CAPAs.
• Ensure GMP, quality systems, and EH&S compliance.
