This role leads cross-functional teams through technology transfers, scaling, and manufacturing-scale execution, interfacing with process development and operations. The ideal candidate holds a PhD or Master, 5+ years in biopharma manufacturing or process development, and strong GMP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master with PhD preferred in biotech or chemical engineering.
• 5+ years biopharma manufacturing or process development experience.
• Experience in GMP and mammalian downstream highly valued.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross functional teams on technology transfers and scaling.
• Coordinate lifecycle from planning to project completion.
• Interface between process development and operations.
• Ensure process scalability and manufacturability.
• Contribute to risk assessments and change control during transfers.
