Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in engineering or life sciences with ~10 years in pharma/biotech MSAT.
• Proven experience as business owner, process owner, or product owner for digital systems.
• Strong understanding of MSAT processes and product lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with PLM, ELN and CPV / process monitoring tools.

Aufgaben

• Own the business lifecycle of MSAT systems from strategy through deployment and improvement.
• Define business requirements, governance, success metrics and value realization.
• Maintain system roadmaps and priorities aligned with MSAT, Manufacturing, Quality and R&D.
• Partner with DD&T to translate needs into scalable solutions and prioritize releases.
• Ensure deployment, adoption, and change management across sites.
• Drive value realization and data-driven lifecycle monitoring.
