This hands‑on technical lead role focuses on configuration, administration, and optimization to enable efficient product development and manufacturing.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years in enterprise applications or related technical areas.
• 2+ years directly supporting engineering environments (PLM, CAD, collaboration tools).
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or manufacturing industries is a plus.
• Proven track record in system administration and integration.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute the engineering applications strategy aligned with priorities.
• Own the application portfolio roadmap and lifecycle management.
• Lead tool standardization and cost optimization across the portfolio.
• Manage vendor relationships, licenses, and automation initiatives.
• Configure and maintain PLM, CAD, and ERP integrations and data flows.
• Coordinate and mentor a small team and engage with stakeholders.
