Lever, Inc. is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer focused on Personalization to join a fully remote team.

You will design, build, and operate high-load machine learning services that power personalized experiences across e-commerce products globally. You will translate user behavior into relevant recommendations, run experiments (A/B tests), and collaborate with ranking and search teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of professional experience in applied machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with big data stack experience.
• Experience building, deploying, and maintaining personalization or ranking systems.
• Production ML experience in high-scale environments.
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and using results to guide decisions.
• Ability to communicate ML value to stakeholders.
• Experience with one or more public cloud platforms is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership.
