UBS in Zürich seeks an experienced migration initiative manager / migration business analyst to drive large-scale, complex migration programs within the Client Migration team of the COO GWM. You will orchestrate strategy, concepts and requirements across interdependent teams to enable a client-centric, continuous migration.

You will lead planning and execution of initiatives, manage senior stakeholders, and ensure risk oversight while aligning cross-functional efforts and prioritizing

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in migration design and execution or similar capacity.
• Strong ability to apply methodologies pragmatically for structuring, planning, problem solving, dependencies and communication.

Aufgaben

• Orchestrate client and bank migration strategy, concepts and requirements with interdependent teams to enable client-centric continuous migration.
• Manage large-scale, high-complexity initiatives: planning, execution, timing, quality, client satisfaction, early issue detection.
• Identify and manage senior stakeholders across business segments; ensure effective communication and engagement.
• Coordinate plans across teams with oversight of risk management and mitigation.
• Lead conceptual work for problem solving and design themes along the F2B chain with client lenses.
• Resolve cross-stream conflicts and dependencies; align with group functions and prioritize.
