Zusammenfassung

UBS in Zürich seeks an experienced migration initiative manager / migration business analyst to drive large-scale, complex migration programs within the Client Migration team of the COO GWM. You will orchestrate strategy, concepts and requirements across interdependent teams to enable a client-centric, continuous migration.

You will lead planning and execution of initiatives, manage senior stakeholders, and ensure risk oversight while aligning cross-functional efforts and prioritizing

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in migration design and execution or similar capacity.
• Strong ability to apply methodologies pragmatically for structuring, planning, problem solving, dependencies and communication.

We’re looking for a migration initiative manager / migration business analyst to:

• orchestrate client & bank migration aspects including strategy, concepts, requirements whilst maintaining alignment with interdependent teams and drive the iterative development of capabilities – ultimately enabling a client centric continuous migration
• manage aspects of large scale, high complex initiatives, which includes planning, execution, timing, quality, client satisfaction, and early identification of potential issues
• identify and manage senior stakeholders across various business / client segments, functions and locations; evaluate their interests, and establish effective communication channels ensuring effective stakeholder management and engagement
• coordinate plans and work among different teams, ensure consistent oversight of risk management with appropriate mitigation
• lead conceptual work for problem solutioning & design themes along F2B chain and with client lenses on
• help resolve cross-stream conflicts and dependencies, align with group functions, stream/crew leads, and facilitate prioritization

You’ll be working in the Client Migration team / capability in COO GWM, which manages migration activities. The team is based in Zurich. • self-starting, initiative / program mgmt. leader / business analyst with 10 years of experience in migration design and execution (or a similar capacity) – able to apply various methodologies with sense of pragmatism into structuring, planning and solving problems, dependencies and communicating
• conceptual and analytical capabilities, not shy to dive from structure into content and problem identification & solutioning
• good understanding of financial industry, preferably Capital Markets Value Chains in particular operational processes, market and regulatory environment
• team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, agile mindset and problem-solving skills
