Qualifikationen

• Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programmes.
• Experience in change impact assessments and stakeholder management.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and business leadership.
• Exposure to platform migrations or operating model changes.
• Strong understanding of both business and technology environments.
• Experience managing governance, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting.
• Fluent German and English.
