Zusammenfassung

Accelleron is seeking a data migration lead to define and govern the end-to-end data migration strategy for Program Phoenix and future transformations. You will own planning, execution, and cutover activities across global workstreams, coordinating with business and IT teams, partners and vendors.

You will drive extraction, cleansing, validation and migration while establishing long-term data governance, standards and run responsibilities across China and Switzerland.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years leading data migration initiatives in ERP or digital transformation.
• SAP transformations experience, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of data migration methodologies, governance, tooling and reconciliation.
• Experience managing complex data lifecycles: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, cutover.
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders, IT, partners and vendors across countries.
• Strong SAP process and master data domain knowledge.
• Experience with data migration tools SAP Data Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, SNP.
• Strong PM, planning and risk management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• International and cross-functional work experience.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Define, govern and improve data migration strategy for Phoenix and future initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of data migration across workstreams.
• Govern migration methodologies, templates, quality gates and readiness criteria.
• Drive data extraction, profiling, cleansing, enrichment, validation and migration.
• Define and oversee mock loads, migration testing cycles and production migration.
• Coordinate data ownership across process owners and partners.
• Ensure migration risks, dependencies and data compliance concerns are identified and resolved.
• Define and execute the integrated cutover plan with business, IT and partners.
• Lead cutover execution and deployment readiness for SAP S/4HANA.
• Govern hypercare after go-live and coordinate issue resolution.
• Establish executive reporting and dashboards for leadership.
• Build long-term data migration capabilities and standards.
