Extia Group in Zurich is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join our teams and contribute to IT projects involving development, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics solutions.

You will design, develop, and improve Dynamics applications, ensuring solutions meet business needs and integrate with existing IT systems. Fluent English is required; German is a plus.

Formación

• Experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Developer or Software Developer with Dynamics apps.
• Strong programming in C# and .NET / .NET Core.
• Experience in Dynamics customization, configuration and integration.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, web services and relational databases.
• Knowledge of Dynamics AX / Finance & Operations and X++ is a plus.
• Fluent English; German is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 solutions per business/tech needs.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into specs.
• Develop and maintain apps using C#, .NET, and Microsoft tech.
• Build and manage integrations between Dynamics and third-party apps via APIs and web services.
• Improve features and enhance existing Dynamics environments.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and best practices in development.
• Engage in technical design, testing, debugging, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with consultants, solution architects, and dev teams throughout projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, scalability, and business processes.
• Demonstrate proven Dynamics or software development experience with Microsoft business apps.

You will play a key role in the design, development, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics applications, ensuring that technical solutions meet business requirements and integrate efficiently with existing IT systems.

In this role, you will be involved in key activities such as:

• Designing, developing, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions according to business and technical requirements
• Gathering, analyzing, and translating business needs into technical specifications
• Developing and maintaining applications using C#, .NET, and Microsoft technologies
• Building and managing integrations between Microsoft Dynamics and third-party applications through APIs and web services
• Contributing to the development of new features and the enhancement of existing Dynamics environments
• Ensuring code quality, application performance, and compliance with development best practices
• Participating in technical design, testing, debugging, deployment, and maintenance activities
• Collaborating with functional consultants, solution architects, and development teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Identifying opportunities to improve system efficiency, application scalability, and business processes
• Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Developer or Software Developer working with Microsoft business applications
• Solid programming skills in C# and .NET / .NET Core
• Experience in Dynamics customization, configuration, and application integration
• Good understanding of REST APIs, web services, and relational databases
• Knowledge of Dynamics AX / Finance & Operations and X++ would be an additional advantage
• Fluent English; German is a strong plus
