Job summary

LTM is seeking a Senior IT Analyst for Schaffhausen to strengthen the IT technology team. You will support and optimize the infrastructure for manufacturing and lab applications such as MES PASX and Track Trace, driving reliability and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, 5 years of IT infrastructure experience, and proficiency in German and English. Onsite work five days a week is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years’ IT infrastructure experience with Microsoft operating systems and SQL Server.
• Experience with PASX or comparable MES systems in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Solid knowledge in cloud systems AWS and Azure.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing or similarly regulated environments is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills in German and English (oral and written).

• Collaborate with local and global cross functional teams to enhance system reliability and drive continuous improvement
• Participate in cross functional support and troubleshooting to resolve incidents and problems
• Facilitate communication between local and global support groups
• Act as IT voice with business during projects and changes including access management and OT integration
• Create, update and maintain IT documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations (GxP, EHS, SOX)
• Participate in local on-call service as needed

Senior IT Analyst with Manufacturing exp

Role:

We are looking for a Senior IT Analyst to strengthen our IT technology team in Schaffhausen In this role you will be responsible for the implementation support maintenance and optimization of the underlying infrastructure for our critical manufacturing and lab applications eg MES PASX Antares Track Trace etc

Responsibilities

• System configuration maintenance and lifecycle activities
• Collaborate closely with local and global cross functional teams to enhance system reliability and drive continuous improvement for process and systems
• Participate in cross functional support and troubleshooting efforts to ensure efficient resolution of incidents and problems
• Facilitate efficient communication between local and global support groups
• Participating as voice of IT with the business during project and change implementation including user access management configuration changes and coordination for the integration of OT equipment
• Create update and maintain IT related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations eg GxP EHS SOX
• Participate in local on call service as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or equivalent experience required
• 5 years’ professional IT infrastructure experience with Microsoft operating systems and database management Microsoft SQL Server is required
• Experience with PASX or comparable MES systems in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
• Solid knowledge in cloud systems AWS Azure
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing or similarly regulated environments is advantageous
• Highly reliable and self-motivated and with good communication skills
• Good communication skills in both German and English oral and written
• Team player with a willingness to work cross functionally
• Experience in apprentice instruction is preferred
