GE Vernova Gas Power in Birr, Switzerland, seeks a Master Scheduler to support the Materials Management team and drive master planning for Hot Gas Parts. You will build delivery schedules, create plans from POs, confirm dates with customers, and maintain data integrity across FELIOS, SAP, and other planning tools.

Fluent German and English, a bachelor’s degree, and advanced Excel are required; experience in manufacturing and collaboration with remote teams is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Build delivery schedules for parts in scope.
• Create plans for orders upon receipt of a Purchase Order.
• Confirm achievable delivery dates for new customer orders.
• Resource planning across strategic, tactical and operative horizons.
• Formulate recovery plans after master schedule changes and communicate them.
• Maintain the master schedule in planning tools (FELIOS, SAP).
• Support the S&OP process and updates during the year.
• Run production planning meetings.
• Progress reporting to stakeholders.
• Master Data Management and ensuring data integrity across systems.
• Assist with daily critical order tracking and detailed production plans.
