AG Solution, part of the Quariq Group, builds intelligent MES/MOM solutions for manufacturers across Europe. We seek a talented pre-sales and solution-design professional fluent in French and English to bridge technical and commercial worlds.

You will participate in sales calls, map processes, design data flows, support deployment, and train end-users on the shop floor to drive improvements in OEE, quality, and throughput.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with MES platforms such as Siemens Opcenter, Werum PAS-X, Rockwell FTPC, Ignition, Aveva or TrakSYS.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes across pharma, food, chemicals, consumer goods or discrete manufacturing.
• Ability to read data flows between MES, automation (PLC/SCADA) and ERP/LIMS, plus a data/analytics layer concept.
• Solid functional and technical mindset combining business need with system behavior.
• Fluent in French and English with precision in both languages.

Aufgaben

• Join sales calls and client meetings early, translating operational pain points into MES/data solution stories.
• Build business cases quantifying value of tracking, OEE, scheduling or quality improvements.
• Contribute to proposals, RFPs and scoping documents with functional approach and timelines.
• Run discovery workshops to map current-state processes and MES/data gaps.
• Prepare and deliver demos or proofs-of-concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Support post-deal delivery with implementation teams and KPI monitoring.
