Job summary

Jobgether is partnering to find a Medical Devices Installation Project Coordinator based in Switzerland. This remote role supports planning and delivery of equipment installations across Europe, the Middle East, India, Africa, and APAC.

You will manage projects from surveys to completion, coordinate field engineers and vendors, and maintain clear stakeholder communication. Candidates should have installation coordination experience in medical devices, excellent organizational skills, and the

Qualifications

Experience coordinating installation or project activities in a medical device environment.
Proven ability to liaise with customers and multiple stakeholders across regions.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience coordinating field engineers, suppliers, and external service providers.
Attention to detail with proactive problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication, travel-flexible if needed.

Responsibilities

Coordinate installation projects from site surveys to completion across regions.
Schedule field engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
Serve as primary contact between customers, engineers, distributors, and internal teams.
Manage installation schedules, site access, updates, and changes.
Review site survey info and communicate installation requirements to engineering teams.
Monitor milestones and resolve risks or conflicts to maintain timelines.
