Roche Diagnostics Rotkreuz collaborates with a leading supplier to recruit an HW Integration Engineer for a 12-month assignment with potential extension. The role blends hardware and software, verifying complex mechatronic interactions and driving robust integration across R&D, production and support teams.

You will lead system integration, parameterize firmware, and design advanced tests ensuring reliability of diagnostic products in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifikationen

BSc/MSc in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems or Mechatronics.
5 years hands-on HW/SW integration, unit and system testing, or mechatronic troubleshooting.
Experience in regulated environments (MedTech/Diagnostics/GxP) is advantageous.

Aufgaben

Lead hardware/software system integration across modules to form a cohesive, high-performing product.
Parametrize hardware, interact with firmware, and configure test software for robust operation.
Design and conduct advanced electromechanical tests, endurance trials and reliability tests.
Monitor data, analyze logs, and extract actionable insights for improvements.
Perform root-cause analysis with cross-functional teams to implement fixes.
