Qualifikationen

• BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Hands-on HW/SW integration, unit- and system-level testing, or troubleshooting.
• Experience in regulated environments (MedTech, Diagnostics, IVD, or GxP) is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of mechatronics and firmware/software interaction.
• Experience in scripting or programming for test execution and automation.
• Comfort working in a Linux environment.
• Curious, persistent, and able to communicate findings clearly.
• Interest in AI-assisted tools for hardware testing and data analysis.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead the integration of hardware and software modules into a cohesive system.
• Parameterize hardware, configure test software, and interact with firmware.
• Design and execute long-term robustness and endurance tests.
• Monitor parameters, analyze data logs, and derive improvements.
• Troubleshoot root causes with cross-functional teams for robust fixes.
• Collaborate across R&D and Operations to transfer validated designs.
