The ideal candidate holds a BSc or MSc in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems or Mechatronics engineering and has 5+ years in HW/SW integration, firmware interaction, and Linux scripting for test automation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 5 years hands-on HW/SW integration, unit- and system-level testing, or mechatronic troubleshooting.
• Experience in scripting or programming for test execution and automation.
• Comfort with Linux environment; English fluency required; German a plus.

Aufgaben

• Drive system integration & integrity: lead the physical and logical integration of hardware and software modules into a cohesive system.
• Hardware parametrization & firmware interaction: define critical parameters, configure test software, and parameterize firmware/software.
• Proactive robustness & endurance testing: design advanced electromechanical test setups and long-term endurance tests.
• Transforming data into insight: monitor parameters, analyze logs, and turn observations into improvements.
• Collaborative troubleshooting & root-cause analysis: own issues across electronics, mechanics, firmware and software teams.
• Bridge-building across R&D and operations: ensure robust designs transfer to manufacturing and service partners.
