Qualifikationen

• MBA student with anticipated graduation Dec 2027–Jul 2028.
• 4–7 years of related work experience in consulting, banking, CPG, retail, or hospitality.
• Prior people management experience with at least 1 direct report.
• Solid analytical capabilities.
• Structured approach to problem solving.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Natural leadership ability.
• Comfort with ambiguity.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for growth, ownership, and the QSR industry.

Aufgaben

• Participate in onboarding and orientation covering RBI’s culture, business, brands, strategic plans, and skills training.
• Own a strategic, business-critical project selected by senior leadership.
• Work on projects across Marketing, Operations, Finance, Digital, Development, Procurement, or related areas.
• Develop ideas to improve guest service, grow revenue, and optimize operations.
• Receive mentorship, coaching, feedback, networking, and development opportunities.
• Present project findings and recommendations to the department head and Brand President.
• Potentially transition into a full-time professional role upon graduation.
