Qualifikationen

• Are a student enrolled in a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) program with a graduation date between Dec 2027 – July 2028
• Have at least 4-7 years of prior related work experience – in areas such as consulting, banking, CPG, retail or hospitality
• Have prior people management experience – including having at least 1 direct report or directly led a group, team or project
• Possess solid analytical capabilities and a structured approach to problem solving
• Hungry (literally and figuratively) to make an impact in a business that moves fast and serves millions daily
• Are passionate about growth, ownership, and the QSR industry
• Are comfortable with ambiguity and energized by a fast-paced environment
• Pride themselves on being excellent communicators, problem-solvers, and natural leaders

Aufgaben

• Participate in onboarding with a dedicated orientation and culture immersion at RBI
• Work on a strategic project matched by senior leadership across brands and functions
• Receive mentorship and coaching with opportunities for leadership lunches, learning sessions and networking
• Present project findings and recommendations to department heads and Brand President
• Leverage the internship as a pathway to a potential full-time offers upon graduation
