Zusammenfassung

Restaurant Brands International (RBI) offers an MBA Summer Internship for high-potential MBA students in the EMEA region. You will work on real business challenges across RBI’s brands—TIM HORTONS, BURGER KING, POPEYES and FIREHOUSE SUBS—on projects spanning Marketing, Operations, Finance, Digital, Development and Procurement.

This program includes onboarding, dedicated mentorship, regular feedback, and a final presentation to senior leaders.

Qualifikationen

• MBA student with graduation date between Dec 2027 – July 2028.
• Have at least 4–7 years of prior related work experience in consulting, banking, CPG, retail or hospitality.
• Have prior people management experience – including at least 1 direct report or led a group or project.
• Possess strong analytical capabilities and a structured approach to problem solving.
• Pride themselves on being excellent communicators, problem-solvers, and natural leaders.

Aufgaben

• Own strategic projects across Marketing, Operations, Finance, Digital, Development, Procurement & more.
• Receive onboarding, mentorship, and regular coaching from project leaders.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership highlighting strategy and impact.
