Restaurant Brands International (RBI) offers a Leadership Development Program Summer Internship – EMEA. This role provides top-performing undergraduates with real business challenges, mentorship, and exposure to multiple functions including Marketing, Operations, Finance, Digital, Development, and Procurement.

You will start with an onboarding session, work on a high-impact, senior-sponsored project, receive ongoing guidance, and culminate with a final presentation to leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Open to undergrad or postgrad students graduating between Dec 2027 and July 2028.
• Diverse academic backgrounds welcomed (Business, Marketing, Economics, STEM, Hospitality).
• Strong communication, problem-solving and leadership potential required.

Aufgaben

• Work on a strategic project sponsored by senior leadership.
• Receive mentorship and regular coaching throughout the internship.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership at the end of the program.
