Restaurant Brands International (RBI) invites top undergraduates and graduate students to join a hands-on internship in an iconic QSR group. You will tackle a strategic project sponsored by senior leadership across Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Digital, gaining real-world experience and business impact.

You’ll receive structured onboarding, a dedicated buddy, and regular coaching while exploring opportunities for full-time roles after graduation.

Qualifikationen

• enrolled in undergrad or postgrad with graduation date between Dec 2027 – July 2028
• diverse academic backgrounds welcomed (Business, Marketing, Economics, STEM, Hospitality etc.)
• ambitious to make an impact in a fast-moving business that serves millions daily
• comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment
• excellent communicators, problem-solvers, and natural leaders

Aufgaben

• Work on a strategic project sponsored by senior leadership across departments (Marketing, Operations, Finance, Digital, Development, Procurement)
• Receive mentorship, coaching, and opportunities to network with leadership
• Deliver a final presentation of project findings and business impact to department heads
