Jabil, a global leader in engineering and manufacturing solutions, seeks a Master Data Manager for Swiss sites and Tuttlingen. The role requires 4–6+ years in MDM, data migration, governance, and ERP projects, with 50% regional travel.

You will lead governance, data mapping, validation, cleansing and migration efforts, build workflows, and drive continuous improvement alongside cross‑functional teams. Fluent English and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, data management or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 4–6+ years in Master Data Management, Data Migration, Data Governance or ERP implementation in a manufacturing setting.

(Bettlach, Balsthal, Grenchen, Hagendorf, Mezzovico, Raron, Tuttlingen)

Type of Contract: permanent employment

Startdate : in alignment with the candidate's availabilities (preferred 01.09.2026)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and implement master data governance, ownership, and control principles across SAP master data domains.
• Lead data conversion activities, including data mapping, validation, cleansing, testing, and migration.
• Manage the Non-Conformance Management team, ensuring timely investigation, resolution, and systemic corrective actions.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to establish workflows, approval processes, and conversion procedures.
• Coordinate data quality improvement initiatives, migration readiness, and cutover activities while driving issue resolution and project execution.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Data Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 4-6+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Migration, Data Governance, or ERP implementation, or Quality Systems within a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to challenge conventional approaches and develop innovative, out-of-the-box solutions to complex business and quality issues.
• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives, including non-conformance and corrective action processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English. Additional languages and Lean Six Sigma experience are considered an advantage.
