We are looking for a new team member in the role as Master Data Manager (m/f/d)- 100%.

Location: Swiss Sites and Tuttlingen (DE) (Bettlach, Balsthal, Grenchen, Hagendorf, Mezzovico, Raron, Tuttlingen).

Type of Contract: permanent employment.

Startdate: in alignment with the candidate’s availabilities (preferred 01.09.2026).

Travels: 50% of time within the region Mentioned above.

Your Responsibilities

• Define and implement master data governance, ownership, and control principles across SAP master data domains.
• Lead data conversion activities, including data mapping, validation, cleansing, testing, and migration.
• Manage the Non-Conformance Management team, ensuring timely investigation, resolution, and systemic corrective actions.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to establish workflows, approval processes, and conversion procedures.
• Coordinate data quality improvement initiatives, migration readiness, and cutover activities while driving issue resolution and project execution.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Data Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 4-6+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Migration, Data Governance, or ERP implementation, or Quality Systems within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to challenge conventional approaches and develop innovative, out-of-the-box solutions to complex business and quality issues.
• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives, including non-conformance and corrective action processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English. Additional languages and Lean Six Sigma experience are considered an advantage.
