You will lead governance, data mapping, validation, cleansing and migration efforts, build workflows, and drive continuous improvement alongside cross‑functional teams. Fluent English and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, data management or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 4–6+ years in Master Data Management, Data Migration, Data Governance or ERP implementation in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to drive innovations and improvements.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional teams and driving non-conformance processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; fluent in English.

Aufgaben

• Define and implement master data governance, ownership, and control principles across SAP master data domains.
• Lead data conversion activities: mapping, validation, cleansing, testing, and migration.
• Manage the Non-Conformance Management team with timely investigations and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with functional/technical teams to establish workflows, approvals, and conversion procedures.
• Coordinate data quality initiatives, migration readiness, and cutover activities while driving issue resolution.
