Qualifikationen

• Vocational training, studies, or a comparable qualification in events, marketing, or a related field.

• Very good written and spoken English and German.

Aufgaben

• Support the concept development, planning, and execution of events and trade fairs.
• Coordinate event logistics, service providers, and participant management.
• Assist with on-site and post-event follow-up.
• Take ownership of and independently manage your own event projects.
• Support procurement of services, event materials, and giveaways.
• Contribute to introducing AI and automation solutions in event management.
• Provide ad hoc support to Head Marketing Events.
