DSV Air & Sea SAU in Genève/Searching for a Freight Forwarder Sea Freight to own accurate order handling, invoicing support, and tariff maintenance. You will drive GP accuracy and act as a liaison to carriers and internal teams in a fast-paced, international setting.

Qualifikationen

• Commercial apprenticeship in logistics and international transport completed.
• Fluency in English and French; German is an asset.
• Experience in an international environment and customer-focused approach.

Aufgaben

• Posting and approval of incoming Vendor-Invoices in Webcost or CW1
• Ensure correct calculation of GP (Gross Profit)
• Support to the operations for Customer Invoicing
• To go Person for dispute Management (internal billing)
• Point of contact for freight forwarder regarding maintenance of key account tariffs and rates in autoposting-costing
• Support for local rate maintenance
• Addressing and resolving operational issues and concerns in the CW1 autorating process and escalation to the local key user
• Correction of wrong internal billings
• Initiating reposting
• Functional know-how in SeaFreight
• Experience in an international environment
