Barry Callebaut Toluca Plant seeks a Project Engineer to coordinate and deliver capital projects, lead process improvements, and drive manufacturing optimization. You’ll work with cross-functional teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery while complying with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical/Automation or related field, 3+ years in capital projects within manufacturing, experience in
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing engineering capital projects in manufacturing.
- Experience in food/pharma or regulated industries preferred.
- Advanced English and fluent Spanish.
- Knowledge of GMPs and sanitary design.
Responsabilités
- Lead end-to-end engineering execution for a major manufacturing project.
- Manage internal and external engineering teams and governance.
- Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Provide progress updates to senior leadership.
