Your Talent Team is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Tech for a hands-on role near Berne, IN. You will optimize production, design layouts with CAD, and implement kanban and instruction systems to boost efficiency and safety.

The position calls for strong problem solving, teamwork, and leadership on the shop floor. Candidates should have a degree in industrial/manufacturing engineering or equivalent experience, plus CAD and MS Office skills.

Formación

• Degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering (Associate or Bachelor’s) or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with CAD software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or basic coding is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Optimize Production: Conduct time studies, build Bills of Labor, and set labor rates.
• Design & Layout: Create CAD drawings for workstations, plant layouts, and material flow systems.
• Drive Efficiency: Build kanban systems, write clear operator work instructions, and automate processes to improve safety and throughput.
• Analyze & Improve: Perform cost analysis, root-cause problem solving, and material/equipment testing.

Are you a proactive engineer who loves optimizing processes and solving problems on the shop floor? We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer Tech for our client in Berne, IN, driving efficiency, safety, and quality across plant operations.

What You’ll Do

• Optimize Production: Conduct time studies, build Bills of Labor, and set labor rates.

What We’re Looking For
