HITACHI ENERGY LTD in Zürich, Switzerland is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence on the shop floor and partner with factory leaders to implement Lean Six Sigma initiatives across the value chain.

You will coach teams, lead transformational projects, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, with 5+ years of experience and Green Belt certification. This full-time role requires regular Gemba presence and travel (min 20%) across manufacturing sites.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Process Engineering, in manufacturing.
• Green Belt required, Black Belt preferred.

Aufgaben

• Act as CI advisor, drive data-driven analyses and optimization initiatives across the value chain.
• Identify bottlenecks, remove constraints, improve flow, and boost performance.
• Lead Kaizen Events, Gemba walks, and rapid improvement workshops.
• Coach teams in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and certifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map and optimize end-to-end processes.
• Travel internationally to support factories (minimum 20% travel).
