Zusammenfassung

Flex Suisse is seeking a Head of Office / Partner to lead the Zurich practice for a growing law firm. You will develop a strong client base, shape the local strategy, and position the office as a centre for innovative and business-focused legal services.

You will advise clients on technology, data protection, corporate, and regulatory matters, working with an international team to identify cross-border mandates and expand long-term client relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Swiss-qualified lawyer with established track record in technology, data protection, corporate/M&A or other business-focused areas.
• Several years of experience in a reputable law firm or comparable environment.
• Entrepreneurial and commercially minded with a genuine interest in developing client relationships and generating new business.
• Excellent English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Work closely with the partners and the team abroad to identify cross-border opportunities, develop new mandates and contribute to the continued growth of the firm's practice areas.
• Take an active role in business development and practice building, with the opportunity to shape and further develop your own area of expertise within the firm.

Law Firm | Head of Office / Partner | Zurich | Permanent | Per Agreement

Responsibilities:

• Build and lead the Zurich practice, developing a strong client base and establishing the office as a recognised platform for innovative and business-focused legal services.
• Advise clients on a broad range of relevant legal matters while working closely with the firm's existing specialist practices.
• Develop and manage client relationships and mandates, acting as a trusted and commercially minded advisor to businesses, entrepreneurs, investors and other stakeholders.
• Work closely with the partners and the team abroad to identify cross-border opportunities, develop new mandates and contribute to the continued growth of the firm's practice areas.
• Take an active role in business development and practice building, with the opportunity to shape and further develop your own area of expertise within the firm.

Experience:

• Swiss-qualified lawyer with an established track record in one or more relevant areas, such as technology and digital law, AI, blockchain and crypto, data protection, financial services regulation, compliance, corporate/M&A, arbitration or other business-focused practice areas.
• Several years of experience in a reputable law firm or a comparable environment, ideally with an existing client network or the ability and ambition to build one.
• Entrepreneurial and commercially minded, with a genuine interest in developing client relationships and generating new business.
• Comfortable taking ownership of mandates and working independently, while valuing the support and collaboration of an established and international team.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; excellent English is essential, with additional languages being an advantage.
