Lindemann Law - Lindemann Rechtsanwälte in Zürich seeks a French-speaking Senior Associate to join its entrepreneurial international practice, focusing on corporate, tax, litigation and private client work.

You will engage with Swiss and international clients on cross-border mandates, develop your practice, and work closely with partners on high-value matters.

Qualifikationen

  • Admission to the Swiss Bar is required.
  • 5–15 years of post-qualification experience at a leading law firm or multinational.
  • Excellent academic credentials.

Aufgaben

  • Advise national and international clients on corporate, tax, litigation and regulatory matters.
  • Structure and negotiate sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions.
  • Draft and review commercial agreements, corporate documentation and legal opinions.
  • Represent clients before courts, arbitral tribunals and public authorities where applicable.
  • Lead client meetings and coordinate multidisciplinary legal projects.
  • Build and strengthen long-term client relationships.

Your Practice
You will advise Swiss and international clients on sophisticated matters including:
  • Corporate & Commercial Law
  • Cross-border Mergers & Acquisitions

  • Corporate Governance
  • Regulatory & Strategic Advisory

Your Responsibilities
  • Advise national and international clients on complex corporate, tax, litigation and regulatory matters.

What We Are Looking For
You will ideally have:
  • Admission to the Swiss Bar.
  • 5–15 years of post‑qualification experience gained at a leading law firm, Big Four firm, financial institution or multinational organisation.
  • Excellent academic credentials.

Experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Corporate Law
  • M&A
  • Tax
  • Litigation & Arbitration
  • Relocation & Immigration
  • Private Client
  • Regulatory
  • Fluency in French and English
  • German is an advantage.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial awareness.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
