Thomson Reuters is seeking a Manager, Internal Audit Transformation & Operations to lead agile delivery across the Internal Audit transformation program. You will drive backlog discipline, coordinate pilots, and protect scope while ensuring rapid, high-quality execution in a complex, multi-team environment.

You will also manage day-to-day IA operations, including work allocation, resourcing, and capacity planning, aligning with Finance, Technology, and enterprise partners to sustain ongoing

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in risk consulting, internal audit, governance, risk, or compliance environments.
• Experience with SAFe or other scaled-agile frameworks preferred.
• Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance technologies and enterprise data infrastructure is valuable.

Aufgaben

• Own sprint rhythm, ceremonies, and backlog grooming across transformation work streams.
• Manage work allocation, resourcing, and capacity planning across IA delivery.
• Maintain transformation backlog with prioritization and scoping decisions to protect milestones.
• Track velocity, burndown, and raise blockers early; provide regular updates to leadership.
• Coach teams on agile principles and drive continuous improvement and psychological safety.
