Zusammenfassung

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Manager, Internal Audit Transformation & Operations, to lead agile transformation and operations across audit, forensics, and ICFR testing. Based in Zug, Switzerland or New York, you will drive sprint cadence, backlog discipline, and flawless delivery with cross-functional partners.

You’ll partner with the Senior Director to translate strategy into quarterly and sprint roadmaps, protect scope, and build enduring operating mechanisms for the IA function.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in risk, internal audit, governance, risk, or compliance environments.
• Experience leading complex transformation or modernization programs.
• Proven Scrum Master/Agile Coach or delivery leadership in transformation.

Aufgaben

• Own sprint rhythm, ceremonies, and backlog across transformation streams.
• Manage work allocation, resourcing, and capacity planning within IA.
• Enforce scope discipline and protect delivery milestones.
• Track velocity, risks, and blockers; report to senior leadership.
• Coach teams on agile practices and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across Finance, Technology, and enterprise partners.
