Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health economics, health policy, public health, economics, healthcare management, epidemiology, outcomes research, or other relevant discipline.
• Solid understanding of HTA and health economics.
• Strong track record of engagement with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
• 3+ years in medical devices, healthcare, pharma, HTA, payer org, or related setting; Medtech experience in the specified locations.
• Ability to lead through influence within a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market access strategies for new technologies and existing portfolios.
• Support development of HEMA tools and translate complex messages for sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with payers, healthcare professionals, and government bodies.
• Coordinate with marketing, clinical, and sales to align market access activities with business goals.
• Provide input into evidence generation strategies for new product development and local opportunities.
• Lead health economic inputs for value-based procurement and agreements.
• Adapt and localize HEMA tools for regional needs and field sales."
• Partner with sales and marketing to deliver health economic tools to customers in the field.
