Impact Initiatives Inc. seeks a consultant (or two) to design and implement staff management e-learning courses on Didask, plus a practical toolkit and coaching guide for Country Representatives.

The project focuses on strengthening leadership, performance management, and learning culture across humanitarian operations. Responsibilities include needs assessments, two tailored courses (junior/middle and senior managers), a comprehensive toolkit, and a change management plan to ensure sustained

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in adult learning methodologies and designing engaging e-learning courses on LMS.
• Strong technical experience in performance management, team management, crisis leadership, and feedback culture within humanitarian contexts.
• Proven leadership coaching experience and ability to develop people management skills and high-performing teams.
• Excellent instructional design skills with toolkits, case studies, and practical learning resources.
• Fluent English; French and/or Spanish a plus.

Aufgaben

• Conduct a comprehensive needs assessment with HR, Country Representatives, and leadership.
• Design and implement two Didask-based e-learning courses for junior/middle and for senior managers.
• Develop a practical management toolkit with guidance, templates, and case studies.
• Create a coaching guide and facilitation resources for Country Representatives.
• Draft a change management and communication plan for organization-wide rollout.
