Zusammenfassung

Medartis in Basel is seeking temporary support for approximately three months to review, update, and clean up quality-related training courses and curricula in our Learning Management System (LMS).

You will coordinate with stakeholders, verify data integrity, and ensure accurate, well-structured training data, while maintaining clear records and completing final quality checks.

Aufgaben

• Systematically review and update training courses and curricula in the LMS.

• Compare data against requirements to identify gaps or irregularities.
• Directly update data and system settings in the LMS for consistency.
• Verify courses and curricula are properly structured and linked; correct deviations.
• Investigate issues, determine causes, and resolve within defined scope; escalate SME as needed.
• Maintain transparent progress records and perform final quality checks.

For our Global Learning & Development team in Basel, we are looking for temporary support for approximately three months, starting immediately. You will help us review, update, and clean up quality-related training courses and curricula in our Learning Management System (LMS).

Learning Management Support

Your Responsibilities

• You systematically work through a defined set of training courses and curricula in our Learning Management System (LMS) and bring them up to date.
• You coordinate with the relevant stakeholders when information is missing or unclear and obtain the information needed to continue the work.
• You compare existing training data and settings against defined requirements and identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information.
• You clean up and update data and system settings directly in the LMS, ensuring a consistent and reliable data basis.
• You verify that training courses and curricula are correctly structured and linked and correct deviations within the defined guidelines.
• You independently investigate identified issues, determine their cause, and resolve them where they fall within the defined scope; cases requiring subject‑matter clarification are aligned with the Learning team.
• You maintain a transparent record of progress and perform final quality checks to ensure that the agreed scope is completed fully and accurately.

Your Qualifications

• You have a good technical understanding and a strong affinity for data and digital systems, and you quickly find your way around new applications.
• You work in a structured and highly accurate manner and are good at identifying missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information.
• You can understand interdependencies, independently investigate inconsistencies, and find pragmatic solutions within clear guidelines.
• You bring persistence and focus and are comfortable working carefully and consistently through larger volumes of data and recurring tasks.
• After initial onboarding, you are able to handle clearly defined tasks independently and reliably and know when to ask for clarification.
• You have good German and English language skills.
• Experience with an LMS, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar systems is an advantage, but not a requirement.
